Pennyworth is an ongoing TV series based on the DC Comics character Alfred Pennyworth. It premiered on Epix in June 2019.[1] At NYCC Metaverse, the second season of Pennyworth was announced to return on December 13, 2020. The Third Season was announced at DC Fandome and be available on HBO Max and returned with new episodes on October 6, 2022. On February 1st, 2023 it was announced that Pennyworth has been canceled at HBO Max after three seasons.

From Warner Horizon Scripted Television, the origin story Pennyworth is a drama series based on DC characters created by Bob Kane with Bill Finger. It follows Bruce Wayne's legendary butler, Alfred Pennyworth (Jack Bannon), a former British SAS soldier who forms a security company and goes to work with Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge), Bruce's billionaire father, in 1960s London.[2]
