Tower of London in London England is one but not the only prison place in first season and third season of Pennyworth. Has been used over the years to lock up any a person whom has committed a crime.

Prior to the war, it was a place where many a Raven associated person was locked away.
Bet Sykes was locked up there after being arrested for her part in Esme kidnapping. Was held there and guarded by George the Beefeater till the date which was scheduled for her hanging.
Raven Society seemed to be defeated in Marianne Faithfull. The Sykes sister Bet and Peggy, Lord Harwood and Frances Gaunt are locked up with in the same row of cells. Till the wall is exploded and the 4 are able to escape.
Years Later[]
Years later after London was saved, it seems the Tower is still used as a prison, incarcerating all kinds of people behind bars. After Thomas Wayne was triggered to kill his wife. He was brought in, he was locked way behind bars in the Tower.

- Tower of London is an actual location in England, in the UK that still stands today. Being a tourist attraction, and a Landmark. On the north bank of the River Thames in central London. It was founded toward the end of 1066 as part of the Norman Conquest. In the past having had many rolls; from prison, to fortress, to royal apartment/ residency. Some of the most famous deaths there might be the missing Princes in the tower. Those sentenced to death under Henry VIII, including 2 of his 6 wifes.
